Nordic Energy Leads Illinois in Customer Satisfaction
Annual J.D. Power Survey Ranks Residential Retail Suppliers
OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill., Aug. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Nordic Energy Services, LLC ranked highest in Illinois for residential customer satisfaction among Retail Electric Providers. J.D. Power recently released their 2016 Retail Electric Provider Residential Customer Satisfaction Study ranking 91 providers in nine states.

The study is based on responses from 20,000 customers through online interviews conducted from August 2015 through June 2016. Surveys touch on five key areas: price, communications, corporate citizenship, enrollment/renewal and customer service. Nordic Energy received a total score of 686, its highest score since its inclusion in the study, and nearly 60 points above the Illinois average and 40 points above the national average.
"As pricing has become tighter amongst providers the true point of difference is customer service," said Deering. "I believe that our success can be attributed to our emphasis on personal interaction, our centralized customer service department, ongoing industry training and ultimately our people."
The 2016 results represent a jump in ranking from third-to-first year-over-year for Nordic Energy Services, LLC. Nordic Energy scored well in communications, corporate citizenship and enrollment/renewal.
