Nord Anglia Education Announces Starting Student Enrollment for 2015/2016 Academic Year and Provides Outlook for Fiscal 2016
HONG KONG, Oct. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Nord Anglia Education, Inc. (NYSE: NORD), the world's leading premium schools organization, today announced its starting student enrollment for the 2015/2016 academic year and provided full year fiscal 2016 guidance for Revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Diluted EPS.
Starting Student Enrollment for 2015/2016 Academic Year
Student enrollment at Nord Anglia Education's 42 schools around the world totalled 34,177 full time equivalent students (FTEs) as of September 27, 2015. This represents a 73% increase over enrollment as of September 28, 2014 of 19,740 FTEs and is comprised of 11% organic enrollment growth and 62% from the acquisition of four schools in Vietnam and the six schools from Meritas during fiscal 2015.
Total capacity increased by 84% to 48,998 seats as of September 27, 2015 from 26,587 seats as of September 28, 2014, resulting in utilization of 70% for the start of the 2015/2016 academic year.

Fiscal 2016 Outlook
Nord Anglia Education's full year fiscal 2016 guidance for Revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Diluted EPS is set out in the table below:

The company expects diluted weighted average shares for fiscal 2016 of approximately 104.5 million.
The outlook set out above includes the impact of our loss making greenfield campuses in Chicago and Aubonne opened in September 2015 and September 2014, respectively. It does not include the impact of unannounced acquisitions. Nord Anglia Education may complete acquisitions at any time during fiscal 2016.
Nord Anglia Education will release full year fiscal 2015 results on November 16, 2015 at 4:00pm and host a conference call at 5:00pm (Eastern Time) to discuss the results.
