New West Des Moines restaurant at Valley West Mall offers noodles, sandwiches, soups and salads served fresh and fast

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa, Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Noodles & Company, the restaurant that serves made-to-order noodles, salads, soups and sandwiches inspired from around the world, is opening its first restaurant in West Des Moines on Monday, October 31 at 10:30 a.m. The new restaurant will be located at 1551 Valley West Drive and University at Valley West Mall.

Noodles & Company is a fast-casual lunch or dinner destination that offers something for everyone from kids to adults. The global menu features three cuisines rolled into one: Asian, Mediterranean and American, giving guests the option to try new flavors every day. The dishes range from healthful to indulgent and spicy to comforting. Favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese Pan Noodles, creamy Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, and the fresh and zippy Med Sandwich.

Noodles & Company is dedicated to giving back in the local community. To celebrate the opening at Valley West Mall, the restaurant is hosting a Benefit Night with 100 percent of sales on November 10th being donated to Dowling Catholic School. Noodles & Company is finding a following in Iowa. There are currently three Noodles & Company locations in the state: Ames, Davenport and Coralville with plans to open in Cedar Rapids in November.
