DEERFIELD, Ill., Oct. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Noodles & Company, the restaurant that serves made-to-order noodles, salads, soups and sandwiches inspired from around the world is opening its first restaurant in Deerfield on Tuesday, October 18 at 10:30 a.m. The new restaurant will be located at 110C South Waukegan Road in the Deerbrook Mall shopping area.

Noodles & Company is a fast-casual dining spot with something to offer everyone from kids to students to adults. The global menu features three cuisines under one roof: Asian, Mediterranean and American, giving guests the option to explore new tastes every day. The dishes range from healthful to indulgent and spicy to comforting. Favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese Pan Noodles, creamy Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, and the fresh and zippy Med Sandwich.

There are currently 34 Noodles & Company locations in Illinois, many in the Chicago area, with plans to open in Vernon Hills and Rolling Meadows later this year. The Deerbrook location will be open Sunday – Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursday – Saturday.
