DENVER, Oct. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Noodles & Company, the Colorado-based restaurant that serves made-to-order noodles, salads, soups and sandwiches inspired from around the world is opening a new location in Denver on Tuesday, November 1 at 10:30 a.m. The new restaurant will be located at 2205 East Colfax Avenue, near the corner of Colfax Avenue and Gaylord Street.

Noodles & Company, which opened its first restaurant in Cherry Creek in 1995, is a fast-casual dining spot that offers something for everyone from the pickiest kids to on-the-go students to adults. The global menu features three cuisines rolled into one: Asian, Mediterranean and American, giving guests the option to explore new worlds of flavors every day. The dishes range from healthful to indulgent and spicy to comforting. Favorites include the sweet and zesty Japanese Pan Noodles, rich and creamy Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, and the fresh and zippy Med Sandwich.

Noodles & Company also offers a family-style to-go option for large groups called Square Bowls. Each Square Bowl is made fresh to order and serves four to six people making it the perfect meal for the soccer team, work group, or family gathering. The Colfax location features outdoor seating to allow guests to enjoy the sunshine on Denver's many days of nice weather. "The porch on the new restaurant adds to the overall friendly, welcoming atmosphere," added Reddy.
