Nomadix and LodgeNet Settle Internet Gateway Patent Litigation

AGOURA HILLS, Calif., Jan. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Nomadix, Inc. announced today that it has settled the patent infringement cases brought by Nomadix against LodgeNet Interactive Corp. and its affiliates before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and by LodgeNet Interactive Corp. against Nomadix before the U.S. District Court of South Dakota.

The agreements include a broad license to LodgeNet and its affiliates under Nomadix' extensive patent portfolio in internet access technologies.  While the terms of the agreements remain undisclosed, Nomadix indicated that the agreements provide a framework for a higher level of cooperation between the two companies going forward.
