Karl's responsibilities include leading all business development activities, account management, and marketing initiatives for Nomad, one of the world's fastest growing international temporary housing providers.

Previously, Karl was senior vice president of GMAC Mortgage of Detroit, Michigan, where he managed GMAC's national relocation mortgage business programs. Prior to that, Karl was COO of Corcoran.com working with Barbara Corcoran in New York City.
