Nomad Foods Limited Admission To Trading On The London Stock Exchange

TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands, June 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Nomad Foods Limited (the "Company") announces that its ordinary share capital of 154,251,938 ordinary shares has today been admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's (the "LSE") main market for listed securities under the ticker "NHL".

In addition, pursuant to the Company's application to the UKLA and the LSE, the admission of the Company's warrants to the standard segment of the UKLA's Official List and to trading on the LSE's main market for listed securities has been cancelled. Any remaining warrants which have not been exercised in accordance with their terms will lapse on 23 July 2015.
