Nomad Foods Announces Filing of Registration Statement

FELTHAM, England, Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Nomad Foods Limited ("Nomad" or the "Company") (NYSE: NOMD), today announced that the Company filed a Form F-1 Registration Statement in order to fulfill the Company's contractual obligation to register the ordinary shares issued as a dividend on the Founder Preferred Shares in January 2016.  There are no agreements, arrangements or understandings to sell any of the shares included in the registration statement.  The Founders have advised the Company of their continued long-term commitment to the Company and that they have no present intention of selling any of the shares included in the registration statement. 

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
