Claire Morris has been appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Account Management. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Morris brings a wealth of knowledge in luxury lifestyle, consumer packaged goods and the technology industry. She is recognized for her skill of working with clients over varied industries. Her creative vision and a solid track record of executing successful strategies has driven growth for both clients and the companies by which she's been employed. Understanding an agency's greatest asset is its people, she's an outspoken advocate for programs that focus on the acquisition and retention of the industry's best and brightest talent.
Before joining Noise, Morris was Director of Client Services at Taxi where she used her wide-knowledge base and unsurpassed communication skills working with clients such as Kraft, Campbell's and Bombardier. Prior to Taxi, Morris spent five years as Business Director for Young & Rubicam working with Xerox, Adobe, LG and Nestle. A Toronto native who spent almost a decade in England and now five years in New York, Ms. Morris is a well-traveled executive with her finger on the pulse of what's next in marketing and strategic trends.
Nate Phillips has been appointed Creative Director to lead the imaginative vision for Noise's Fortune 500 clients. Phillips brings a diverse background in theater and television along with award-winning creative advertising. Recent work has been recognized by The One Show, The Webbys and Digiday.
Beyond advertising, he's appeared in Martha Stewart's TV kitchen and in Brian Lehrer's interview chair as a speechwriter, and he's collaborated on work for MOMA, MOCA, The New Museum and The Whitney in New York City. He won Cash Cab once, and his first book will be available everywhere in January 2015.
Rachel Harrison has been appointed Director of Partnerships and Public Relations at Noise. Harrison comes to Noise with over 15 years of branding, marketing, and communications experience. She is skilled at finding industry trends, stories and unique partnerships that help bring awareness to the clients or companies with whom she's working.
Prior to Noise, Harrison served as head of marketing for Chris Blackwell's Island Outpost Resorts, Vice President at Dan Klores Communications and Director of Communications for Andaz by Hyatt, where she was integral in the worldwide launch of Hyatt's newest brand. Harrison will be responsible for creating and implementing the public relations strategy for Noise including enhancing brand identity, creating strategic partnerships and managing public relations. A Boston native with 10 years in New York and four years in London and Northern Ireland, Ms. Harrison continues to travel the world exploring what people are looking for next.
