INDIANAPOLIS, May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Noble Roman's, Inc. (OTC/BB: NROM), the Indianapolis based franchisor of Noble Roman's Pizza and Tuscano's Italian Style Subs, today announced that management will report its 2013 first quarter financial results after the market close on Thursday, May 9, 2013.

Management will conduct a live teleconference to discuss its financial results at 4:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 9, 2013.
