Hunt, Senior Vice President - Marketing and Contracts, will participate in a panel discussion at the Simmons & Company Eleventh Annual Energy Conference being held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The panel discussion is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. U.S. Central Standard Time on Friday, March 4, 2011.  While panel discussions from this conference are not being webcast, Noble will post a corporate update presentation on the Company's Web site at the time of the event.
