Nobel Prize Laureate & Leading Real Estate Executives Discuss Investment Opportunities at MIPIM Asia 2010

One of the hot topics that will be addressed is foreign direct investment in local Asian markets. This session will take place on November 11 at 9:30 which will include a 15 minutes Q&A session with the participants.

On November 10, the forum entitled "China After World Expo: Building Better Cities for Better Life" will be tackling the issues of urban development strategies and social responsibility. The "Vietnam Real estate Market – Destination for Foreign Investment" on November 10, will address Vietnam's unprecedented development and its effect on the real estate landscape. Don Lam, Chief Executive, VinaCapital, Vietnam and Marc Townsend, Managing Director, CB Richard Ellis, Vietnam, will outline the potential for foreign investment found in the vibrant Vietnamese market.
New to MIPIM Asia this year are Power Meetings to be held on November 10 and 11. Power Meetings will be an opportunity for professionals to meet potential business partners or learn about new projects. Each session of 60 minutes will allow participants to move around tables every 3 minutes, to acquaint real estate professionals with fund managers, investors and other key players in the industry.
