NLC Applauds the House's Support to Ensure Local Concerns are Addressed in EPA "Waters of the U.S." Rule

WASHINGTON, May 12, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- After the House of Representatives today passed the Regulatory Integrity Protection Act of 2015, which would halt the currently proposed "Waters of the U.S." rule, Clarence E. Anthony, CEO & Executive Director of the National League of Cities issued this statement:
