NJ Slot Manufacturer Fined $6,800 for Late Submission of Required Documents
HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today fined a New Jersey-based slot machine manufacturer for the late submission of necessary documents related to its license renewal.
The fine of $6,800, levied against Atlantic City Coin and Slot Service Company, Inc., was for failure to submit audited financial statements to the Board's Bureau of Licensing. The amount was established through a fine of $100 per day for each of the 68 days in which the statements were late. The documents were due April 1, 2010 but not submitted to the Board until June 8, 2010.
The next regularly scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, October 6, 2010 in the PUC Hearing Room #1 located on the second floor of the Keystone Building in Harrisburg. The meeting is slated to begin at 10:00 a.m.
