NJ-based BNO Hosts Unique Event and Collaborates with Young Entrepreneur Alex Furmansky

NJ creative agency serves up a creative event at new downtown Somerville office

SOMERVILLE, N.J., Dec. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative agency Baldwin & Obenauf (BNO) opened its doors to celebrate a strong year of growth with clients and local figures from the New Jersey area. Hosted at the agency's new home in downtown Somerville and closely following the naming of current president Trista Walker, the event was far from conventional. Titled, "Creativity & Cocktails," it featured a medley of different experiences—all designed to tap the creativity of guests and staff.

Among those in attendance were Somerville Mayor Brian Gallagher and Councilwoman Amanda O'Neill, as well as Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli and a number of clients from the New Jersey area. Mayor Gallagher thanked the agency for bringing more than forty jobs to Somerville and talked with BNO staff about the many exciting new projects in development around the downtown Somerville area.

Throughout the evening, guests toured the 15,000 square foot creative space and participated in eight creativity-themed interactive experiences. Among these was a collaboration with Alex Furmansky, founder of Budsies. Budsies brings original artwork to life in the form of colorful, custom made plush toys. "I'm thrilled to be collaborating with BNO on their Creativity and Cocktails event," said Furmansky in a taped introduction. BNO guests created custom artwork that will be made into Budsies and donated to a local non-profit organization. Furmansky and Budsies have been profiled on Today, Technorati and CNBC, among others.
