MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Dec. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI) today confirmed that the electric base rate settlement at Northern Indiana Public Service Co. (NIPSCO) was accepted and approved by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
