NIS Holdings Announces Its Initial Member Base and Expansion to Larger Brand Names

NEW YORK, April 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- NIS HOLDINGS CORP. New York, NY (OTC QB: NISC) announced today that the Company is in the initial phase of targeting larger brand names in conjunction with small and small medium merchants so as to provide a larger selection of choices for its members/cardholders. This expansion will increase brand visibility and help promote the program on a larger scale.

"Based on the initial interest we expect to start the program with a cardholder base of 50,000 members in Manhattan; this number is expected to grow exponentially, and reach 300,000 in the first months," said Vasiliki Anagnostou, Secretary and Director of NIS Holdings.
