Nick Pace Named EVP -- Operations, Compliance, and Regulatory
RICHMOND, Va., March 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. (HDL, Inc.) has named Nicholas J. Pace, former executive vice president with Amerigroup as Executive Vice President of Operations, Compliance and Regulatory at the growing health management and advanced testing company.

Most recently, Pace served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Amerigroup, a multi-state publicly traded managed care organization focused on publicly sponsored health programs. Prior to joining Amerigroup in 2006, Pace served as assistant general counsel of CarMax, Inc., the publicly traded auto retailer based in Goochland County, and earlier in his career practiced corporate law at a firm in Silicon Valley. Prior to practicing law, the cum laude graduate of the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law served as a consultant in Ernst & Young's tax group. Pace also holds a master's degree in business administration from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at U of R.
