Nicholas J. Kopcho Joins McGlinchey Stafford's Cleveland Commercial Litigation Team

CLEVELAND, Oct. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce Nicholas J. Kopcho has joined the firm's Cleveland office and Commercial Litigation section as an Associate.

Kopcho's practice includes protecting creditors' rights in litigation while defending against consumer financial services claims. He has significant experience representing clients' interests in contested foreclosure actions and defending against alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). He also assists clients with bankruptcy filings, landlord-tenant issues, and contract disputes.

Kopcho received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2013. During law school, he served as Editor of the Journal of Law and Health and served on the board of directors of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. He is a 2002 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received his B.S. in Biochemical Pharmacology and Marketing.
