NICG adds Industry Veteran as President and Chief Revenue Officer

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- NICG, one of the nation's fastest growing employee benefits consulting firms offering benefits administration, HCM software delivery and HR Outsourcing has announced the appointment of Josh Conklin as the President and Chief Revenue Officer. As President, Conklin will hold the responsibility to oversee the complete operation in accordance with the organization's Founder & CEO, Zain Hasan. Working closely with Zain to craft, communicate and execute on the vision by pioneering new markets, Josh will be forming the product strategy and leading, guiding, directing and evaluating the work of the other Executive leaders. 

In addition to driving the organization's success, Josh will be responsible for taking NICG's initial traction and building scalable and sustainable revenue generation, allowing the traction to translate into lasting growth. Josh offers 15+ years of exemplary leadership and a knack for identifying new offerings and creating successful go-to-market strategies in the Human Capital Management (HCM), technology, health, wealth, and risk management spaces.

Conklin is a technology veteran, bringing Executive leadership experience in Private Equity backed high growth organizations and successful public companies. Josh joins NICG after his most recent Executive role on the CoAdvantage Senior Management Sales team (Now a portfolio company of Morgan Stanley Private Equity) leading Sales and Sales operations through multiple growth phases and acquisitions. Prior to that Josh led as ADP EVP.
