NICE Joins Customer Experience Professionals Association As Founding Corporate Member
RA'ANANA, Israel, Oct. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- NICE Systems Ltd., today announced that it has joined the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as a Founding Corporate Member. The CXPA is a global industry trade group whose members are responsible for creating and maintaining an overall positive customer experience – which the association claims is a vital objective for any organization that offers products or services for sale.
Benny Einhorn, Chief Marketing Officer at NICE said, "NICE's commitment to customer experience is twofold. First, our number one priority is addressing the needs of our customers, and to do so we are constantly seeking to make a significant impact on their business through superior technology, business solutions and processes."
"Secondly, we are committed to improving the customer experience for our customers' customers. This is demonstrated in our recent announcement that NICE has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fizzback, a leading provider of real-time Voice of the Customer (VoC) solutions. With the addition of Fizzback NICE is expanding the scope of its capabilities for Impacting Every Customer Interaction by redefining Customer Experience Management. Together we are creating the most complete Voice of the Customer offering, enabling our customers to more effectively capture, understand and leverage VoC as the foundation to a cross-enterprise CEM strategy," Mr. Einhorn added.
"Today's customers demand service when and how it's most convenient for them—by phone or in person, on the Web, via self-service, or in the retail branch. Offering multi-channel customer service is a must for the modern contact center. Yet, it complicates the already dizzying array of ongoing, multifaceted interactions and transactions between customers and organizations. This makes it difficult to provide a consistent and compelling customer experience across all communication channels. NICE offers a suite of Interaction Analytics-based Customer Experience solutions that empower businesses to harness their customer interactions to deliver a customer experience that differentiates them from their competitors, expands wallet-share and drives customer loyalty," Mr. Einhorn continued.
Bruce Temkin, co-founder and chair of the CXPA said, "The addition of NICE to our community as a founding member is further evidence of the company's focus on making customer experience a top priority for organizations around the world. We greatly appreciate the commitment that NICE is making to the Customer Experience Professionals Association."
NICE Enterprise Offerings address the needs of customer-centric businesses with intent-based solutions. Driven by real-time, cross-channel analytics, NICE provides solutions for increasing revenue, enhancing customer experience, improving regulatory compliance, and optimizing contact center and back office operations.
