NORWALK, Conn., March 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- 365 Data Centers, a leading provider of data center solutions for carrier, content and cloud customers in ten strategic edge markets, announces that Niagara Regional Broadband Network (NRBN) has established a new point of presence (PoP) in its Buffalo location. 365 Data Centers clients can now tap into NRBN's carrier-grade MPLS network, the most extensive and advanced fiber network in Canada's Niagara Region. The new partnership with NRBN brings 365 Data Centers' growing carrier list up to 25 in the Buffalo facility.
NRBN is now delivering 100Gbps of optical transport connectivity from the Buffalo data center into Canada, complementing its 500 miles of wholly owned fiber facilities. Providing Ethernet, Optical Wave and IP Transit services, NRBN has network-to-network interfaces with all major Canadian carriers, as well as optical transport connectivity into 151 Front Street in Toronto.
"We're thrilled to upgrade our network presence in Buffalo, which will provide NRBN's existing customers with broadband connectivity into the US, while offering 365 Data Centers' clients an entry point into Canada," says Rich Davidson, Network Architect for NRBN Network Operations. "Given the physical proximity and complementary services of NRBN and 365 Data Centers, this partnership was a clear choice and will benefit both companies' customer bases immensely."
365's carrier neutral data center in Buffalo is located on Main Street in the heart of the city's telecom hub.
