The Company also announced that Tim Robb, most recently Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, has been appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel.

Mr. Schneider joined NFP in January 2003 as Vice President and Director of Financial Reporting, and has served as Senior Vice President and Controller since January 2007. Prior to joining NFP, Mr. Schneider served as an audit manager at KPMG, where he worked in the Financial Services division for over seven years. He received a Bachelor of Science in accounting at Long Island University.
Mr. Robb joined NFP in 2005 as Vice President, Senior Counsel, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining NFP, Mr. Robb was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and served as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Robb is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University.
