nFocus Software Continues to Expand Training Capabilities, Opens New Office in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- nFocus Software, the leading provider of performance management and outcome measurement software, announced today the opening of their new office in Orlando, FL. An open house will be held on Sept. 22, 2010.

The 4,000-square foot facility is strategically located in the Central Florida Research Park, home to one of the largest concentrations of simulation and training businesses in the industry. The office specializes in the creation of simulation-based training programs with cutting-edge instructional design capabilities, interactive courseware development, and 3-D graphics and modeling.

The office is led by Jordi Ensign, a courseware developer with extensive experience building flexible and dynamically driven SCORM compliant computer-based training (CBT) for military and private sector contracts, primarily in Adobe Flash and web technologies.  "We're an agile development office with a great deal of experience dealing with large military contracts; our employees remain on the leading edge of new technologies that can be leveraged to quickly deliver robust and expandable courseware and training products," Ensign said.

Col. (Ret) Dave Buckley, nFocus Software's Senior Vice President of government business development, will oversee the Orlando business development and operations; he brings with him significant experience as a senior level defense leader and as a corporate executive.  "Our team in Orlando has established a formidable reputation for excellence in instructional design and the development of computer-based training programs," said Buckley.  

The open house, which will be held from 11a.m. to 2p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 22, will feature product demonstrations and sample courseware training solutions.
