nFocus Software Appoints Col. Jack Millar as Senior Program Manager

LEAVENWORTH, Kan., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- nFocus Software, the leading provider of performance management, training, and outcome measurement software, announced today that Col. (ret) Jack Millar, former Director at the National Simulation Center, has been named Senior Program Manager, working out of the Leavenworth, Kansas office.

In his over 30 years of military service, Millar has held numerous positions including the Training and Doctrine Command's Capabilities Manager and Program Manager for Army Gaming, where he established the first ever program of record enabling the Army to use gaming technologies to train and educate soldiers and their organizations.

Prior to this, Millar served as Director of Operations at the Warrior Preparation Center in Einsiedlerhof Air Station, Germany, where he supervised and facilitated the training of thousands of US and Allied Army, Air Force, and Navy commanders, staff officers, and NCOs, greatly enhancing the combat effectiveness of the United States Army Europe, the United States Air Force Europe, NATO countries, Eighth US Army, Israel, and other allied organizations.

Additionally, he earned an M.S. in Simulation from the University of Central Florida and an M.S. in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
