NF Energy Signed a Contract with a Cement Company to Retrofit its Cement Clinker Production Line Equipment

In April 2013, the Company signed a contract with Tieling Cement Company of the Northern Heavy Industries Group, to retrofit the dust removal system on the client's 4000ton/day cement clinker production line. The Company has recently delivered 8 units of its innovative PPC128-2 air box pulse bag dust collectors to the project site and preparation is underway for the retrofit of the client's slag removal system and coal mill dust removal system.

Coal is the major fuel for the cement industry in China, accounting for 15% of the cement production cost. Improving the efficiency of coal mill bag filters can help reduce energy consumption and also protect the local environment. The air box pulse bag dust collectors manufactured by the Company feature a high dust collection efficiency (99.9%), stable dust removal effectiveness and prolonged operation life. This new dust removal system can significantly reduce the emission of various particles from the plant, especially the hard to remove particles with high resistance of electricity, as well as micro heavy metals.
