Nexus Medical Announces Suzzette Walker as Vice President of Corporate Strategy

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, Feb. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- January 19th of this year, Suzzette Walker joined Nexus Medical, a New Braunfels, Texas, based medical utilization review and cost containment firm. Suzzette joins Nexus' Executive Leadership Team as Vice President of Corporate Strategy. In this capacity, she will help develop corporate strategy with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships as well as new product development.  In her executive capacity she will serve as a senior advisor to our clients and partners. 

Walker has over 20 years in cost containment and managed care experience developing and delivering innovative solutions.  Her expertise and influence is evident in her consistent success with program outcomes, cost reduction client satisfaction and organizational growth. Prior to joining Nexus, Suzzette was with Review Med for over 10 years and served as Vice President, Business Development. She has also served ReviewCo/EOS Group, Diversified Healthcare, Fair Isaac Corporation (now Mitchell,) all in the managed care and cost containment space. Her specialties include technology, contracting, medical bill review, medical case management, PPO and specialty networks, pharmacy benefit management, marketing, operations and compliance.
