NextGen and i.c. stars Team Up to Mentor Talent from Underserved Communities
CHICAGO, April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On March 18, NextGen, a staffing agency serving the telecom sector, hosted an open house to kickoff and celebrate its partnership with i.c. stars, an organization dedicated to advancing opportunity for talented people from underserved communities. Over the next three months, NextGen will mentor members of i.c. stars for 90 minutes a week as the participants begin their career search. Resume writing, networking and negotiating offers will all be part of that mentoring process.
