Next Fuel, Inc. Engages C.K. Cooper & Company, Inc. as Financial Advisor

SHERIDAN, Wyo., Dec. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Next Fuel, Inc. (OTCQB: NXFI) announced today that it has engaged C.K. Cooper & Company, Inc. (CKCC) as its financial advisor. CKCC will assist Next Fuel in applying for membership on OTCQX, the top tier of the OTC market.  OTCQX is exclusively for companies that meet the highest financial standards and undergo a qualitative review. Examples of other companies listed on the OTCQX include Adidas, Roche Holding Ltd, BASF and BNP Paribas. We will focus our efforts early next year to meeting the OTCQX listing requirements.

Additionally CKCC will assist NXFI in its growth strategy as NXFI expands its suite of technologies. CKCC is a full service investment bank engaged in a broad range of securities activities and financial services, including investment banking, equity research, private wealth management, institutional sales, trading and market making.
