Next Alternative Enters Exclusive North American Distribution Deal with Ontario's Mohawk Energy

PHOENIX, Oct. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Pete Law, President of Next Alternative, Inc. (N4H.F) is pleased to announce that the firm has recently entered into a major distribution agreement with Mohawk Energy of the First Nations.

Mohawk Energy will be the sole entity to market, sell and distribute Next Alternative's (N4H) entire production of machines and emulsion products throughout Aboriginal and other First Nation Communities and Bands and Tribal Territories throughout North America. Mohawk will also be granted the ability to engage with non-aboriginal persons, corporations & entities as well.

According to the agreement, Mohawk Energy supports the creation of at least two manufacturing plants -- one in the United States, one in Canada. Mohawk Energy and Next Alternative have agreed to an initial payment of $10,000,000 to build the plant; details will be outlined at a later date.  In addition, Mohawk has identified 15 major US markets and 6 Canadian markets that will require six or more machines per location. Mohawk will need this sizeable manufacturing capacity to underwrite its initial and most impressive $75,000,000.00 marketing push.

Mohawk Energy will maintain a place of business within the Territory to include suitable facilities for the display of Next Alternative products and machines. Mohawk will also provide training and maintenance services on said products and machines via qualified personnel and subject to service policies compliant to Next Alternative and Mohawk Energy. Mohawk will appoint a sufficient number of personnel to adequately represent Next Alternative and its mission and to introduce, promote, market and sell NAI products.
