Herington will have responsibility for all of the Chemicals sales, marketing and product line management team. He will report directly to David Bradley, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Before joining Nexeo Solutions, Herington held leadership roles at GE, ABB, and Thomas & Betts. He has more than 27 years of Industrial, Commercial, Consumer & Utility experience leading complex, technology-driven businesses both regionally and globally including international assignments in the Netherlands and Brazil. He has a demonstrated track record of profitably growing businesses and creating value through operational excellence.
Herrington received his B.S from Illinois State University, and also holds an M.B.A. from Ashford University. He and his family will be relocating to The Woodlands, TX.
