In the Core HR + Talent HCM Suite for Larger Global Organizations (>5K) use case, SAP SuccessFactors received a top score of 4.02 out of 5 as exhibited by Edgewell Personal Care. This is Gartner's first Critical Capabilities report for cloud HCM suites, and vendors were evaluated based on the following Critical Capabilities: Core HR/Benefits Admin, Payroll Admin, Workforce Management, Prehire Talent Management, Posthire Talent Management, Reporting Tools/WFA/WFP, Technology/UX, Overall Product Satisfaction and Overall Vendor-Customer Relationship (VCR) Satisfaction.
