Forrester Research evaluated the SAP NetWeaver® technology platform 7.1 using 137 different criteria that were categorized into the following groups: current offering, strategy and market presence. Across these categories, SAP scored several fives, the highest score possible, in areas such as process monitoring, security, service-oriented architecture (SOA), strategic alliances, messaging, lifecycle management, advanced business-to-business support and delivery footprint.
