New York Supreme Court Fully Sustains BML Properties' Complaint for Fraud and Breach of Contract against China Construction America, Inc.
NEW YORK, Jan. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- BML Properties Ltd. today reported that the New York Supreme Court issued a decision on January 24, 2019, in which it fully sustained in its entirety BML Properties' complaint for fraud and breach of contract against defendant China Construction America, Inc. (now called CCA America) and various of its related business entities, dismissing both substantive and procedural attacks. In sustaining BML Properties' fraud and other claims, the NY Judge quoted from a January 20, 2015, letter secretly sent by the defendants which stated that if CCA America did not correct their serious problems, the result would be "irreversible and catastrophic loss" and "unmeasurable damages…"
