New York Subs & Wings Food Truck Brings New Flavor to Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fort Lauderdale's newest casual dining restaurant isn't waiting on the completion of their second location to start serving patrons in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale area. New York Subs & Wings' made-to-order food truck, which will open for business on Monday, May 11, 2015, is the newest addition to the Pilgram Group's repertoire of development projects that seek to renovate, strengthen and activate the communities in which they serve.

New York Subs & Wings will be dishing up delicious mouthwatering sandwiches, tantalizing wings and more from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday at 100 SW 6th Street in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This location is also the site of the Group's latest multi-use development project.

"With limited lunchtime options for working professionals and residents in the downtown area surrounding the Broward County Courthouse, we saw a huge opportunity to fulfill the need right away," said Miguel Pilgram, Founder of the Pilgram Group. "We are excited to introduce the lunchtime concept to the community as we prepare to complete renovations of our second location."

New York Subs & Wings will be the first tenant in the building once the Pilgram Group, in partnership with Mercede Realty, complete the planned renovations to the Flagler Courthouse Station located at 100 SW 6^th Street.

The planned renovations, which are on target for completion in Fall 2016, include transforming the existing structure into a two-story, multi-use building with retail spaces and executive suites.

The opening of the New York Subs & Wings Food Truck on Monday, May 11, 2015, will be the restaurant's second location: the original, ever-popular New York Subs & Wings restaurant is located at 1388 E. Oakland Park Boulevard, Oakland Park.
