NEW YORK, Feb. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- It's not surprising that accolades keep coming, season after season, and that FTL MODA — founded by Ilaria Niccolini in 2006 — is now supported by Fashion Week Online, the #1 worldwide fashion calendar, as well as by a panel of media partners and institutions.

Together, they are leading a cultural revolution in the fashion industry … and beyond.
NYFW SHOW A HUGE SUCCESS
For the third year in a row, the FTL MODA runway has been recognized among the most acclaimed events of New York Fashion Week, as confirmed by Time Out New York, Vogue Italy, and many others.
Yesterday's show, produced in the historical venue of the Angel Orensanz Foundation (already home of Alexander McQueen's runways), saw the international debut of several designers of excellence: FUMO Bespoke and Mr. De Curtis representing Italy, with two shows masterfully styled by Pablo Patane, FTL MODA's art director since 2014. The other amazing designers included Lulu Et Gigi, Adolfo Sanchez, Josefa Da Silva, Dear Rain, and Dunyah.
The FW2016 accessories for FTL MODA were presented by Gasoline Glamour, the Los Angeles brand that has been working on the red carpet looks for the most famous Hollywood celebrities, from Rihanna to Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and Miley Cyrus.
"DIVERSELY-ABLED" MODELS STRIKE AT DISCRIMINATION
While past seasons saw the debut of diversely able models like Jack Eyers (who went on to become Men's Health Magazine's Man of the Year), Shaholly Ayers (the amputee model who worked with Wilhelmina), and Madeline Stuart (the first model with Down's Syndrome on the international fashion catwalks), Fall / Winter 2016 collections saw the addition of Fausto Di Pino, the cancer survivor and top model represented by Elite Milan.
A WORLD WITHOUT BULLYING
The show featured new models like 6-year-old Gianna Schiavone, making her runway debut.
Said producer Ilaria Niccolini:
"The choice of models serves a very important purpose: to create a ripple effect not only in the fashion industry, but the world at large.
"We want to help create a better world for children like Gianna Schiavone: a world where they won't have to endure a lifetime of bullying."
"UNITED IN STYLE" WILL MEAN MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INCLUSIVENESS
Ilaria Niccolini Production, Fashion Week Online, and Global Disability Inclusion will soon be revealing a new project – with exciting new partners to be announced – called #UnitedInStyle.
The #UnitedInStyle concept will mark a first step with the opening of the FTL MODA in-house talent agency for the fashion, arts, and cinema industry, open to diversity, and managed by Shaholly Ayers.
More details will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
