"While this particular instance appears as though it may be isolated and without serious incident, there are often fires or other building accidents that have far worse consequences. Especially when the building is an apartment or other shared residence and people suffer injuries, it can be difficult to identify all of the potential responsible parties. When you hire an experienced expert to represent your interests under such circumstances, you get someone who knows how to work with the right experts to investigate exactly what happened and to make sure that your rights are protected. Victims should not be forced to pay for the negligence or intentional acts of others, and the right attorney will work relentlessly to make sure they don't. Consulting with a personal injury attorney is always free, and you only pay a fee when you collect, so there is no reason not to pick up the phone and start protecting your rights immediately."
