New Year, New Promotions, New Entertainment for Spotlight 29 Casino

COACHELLA, Calif., Dec. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- A buzz of exciting activity signals the start of a new year at Spotlight 29 Casino in January.

Hit Las Vegas production, Paul Casey's ELVIS the Musical - American Trilogy Show, will be at Spotlight 29 Casino on Saturday, January 8th, 2011.  ELVIS the Musical-American Trilogy Show is an original musical concept incorporating actual personalities with an actor recreating the musical career of Elvis Presley through both real-historical personalities and actors to feature the best of both concert and theater entertainment. This is NOT an impersonator show. Ticket prices are $35, $45, and $50 each.  

Comics Ray Romano and Brad Garrett will be performing an original live show on January 15th, 2011.  Brad Garrett, who played Ray Romano's big brother Robert on the hit CBS series "Everybody Loves Raymond," earned five Emmy nominations between 2002 and 2005 for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. Romano is currently starring in a new show Men of a Certain Age, airing on TNT. Tickets are $80, $90 and $100 each.  

2011 is also a special year because Spotlight 29 Casino will be celebrating their 16th birthday with a $16,000 Anniversary Cash Bash. On January 22nd, 2011, casino patrons can come celebrate Spotlight 29's Sweet 16 between 12pm-9pm during which $1,600 will be given away each hour.

January 22nd also marks the grand opening of the casino's newest hot spot – Groove.  The bar and lounge will be open Friday and Saturday nights as well as show nights.  A DJ will entertain with music from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

Watch all of the NFL Playoff games at Spotlight 29 Casino.  The games will be shown on over 40 TVs casino-wide!  Enjoy food and drink specials in the Blue Bar and Casino Lounge.
