New workplace well-being executives join Provant in Southern and Western United States
Vice Presidents of Business Development Matt Anderson and Jaime C. Burnham assist companies with improving employee health, strategizing on key wellness initiatives and obtaining business results
EAST GREENWICH, R.I., Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Provant today added two new executives to assist companies create well-being programs designed to improve employees' performance at home, at work and at play.
Matt Anderson is the workplace well-being company's vice president of business development in Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Wyoming and Utah. Jaime C. Burnham is vice president of business development in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

Anderson, of Erie, Colo., previously worked with Fortune 500 companies placing integrated wellness solutions in their organizations. Prior to joining the wellness industry, he was the director of group benefits at Volk & Bell Benefits as well as a salesperson at Humana Inc., where he was named new sales executive of the year. He earned a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he was captain of the baseball team.
Burnham, of Austin, Texas, also comes to Provant with extensive experience in strategic consultation to a variety of top employers, helping implement wellness programs and performing as a top salesperson. Before that, Burnham spent 10 years at Lockton Houston as director of Health Risk Management, where she co-founded the health risk management practice and managed employee wellness programs. A longtime personal trainer and fitness competitor, Burnham was a finalist to replace Jillian Michaels as a personal trainer on NBC's "Biggest Loser." Burnham attended Blinn Junior College and is certified as a wellness program manager by the National Wellness Institute.
