New VP Named at Creative Associates International

Vilela will oversee Field Administration, IT, Communications and Security in headquarters and offices in more than 20 countries, including Afghanistan, Morocco, Honduras and El Salvador. Vilela will report to Pablo Maldonado, Chief Operating Officer, in Washington, D.C. Since 2002, Vilela was Creative's Senior Director of Information and Technology Division.

Prior to Creative, Vilela was the owner and manager of a successful IT firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has a Master's Degree in management from the Universidad de Barcelona in Spain and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Argentina in Buenos Aires.
