New Video Reveals Who Ignited The Firestorm Over Hillary's E-mail Scandal
WASHINGTON, April 3, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A new Full Disclosure Network(R) (FDN) online video reveals that it was a public interest law firm based in Washington D.C. that prompted the revelation of Hillary Clinton's Email Scandal. Paul Orfanedes, Director of Litigation for Judicial Watch describes their relentless pursuit of State Department E-mails to get to the root of the Benghazi terrorist attack. Watch an online video preview here. Orfanedes says the State Department indicated they had fully complied with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests filed by the Judicial Watch law firm. But some of the E-mails were observed to be sent from a non-State Department server. In fact, Judicial Watch discovered that several State Department personnel, including the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were using a private E-mail server that was beyond the reach of the FOIA requests filed.
STATE DEPARTMENT WILL NOT OPPOSE JUDICIAL WATCH MOTION TO RE-OPEN CASE
Judicial Watch moved to re-open the lawsuit alleging misrepresentation and misconduct by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Interestingly, the State Department did not oppose their motion. According to Orfanedes the State Department obviously indicated they had been caught. Further he questioned if Mrs. Clinton–as the law requires–turned over to the State Department all relevant communications as part of her termination from the Department? Judicial Watch is attempting to obtain the answer. The online video and Court documents are available from this URL: http://www.fulldisclosure.net/2015/04/hillarys-e-mail-scandal-669/
