New roles underscore Randall-Reilly's commitment to growth
TUSCALOOSA, Ala., Sept. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- To help achieve its aggressive growth and diversification goals, Randall-Reilly, the leading B2B data company in trucking, construction, agriculture and other industrial markets, created two new positions focusing on strategic planning and acquisitions.
Randall-Reilly promoted Julie Arsenault, formerly vice president of marketing, to the newly created position of senior vice president, strategy and marketing, and named James Vogel, formerly vice president of analytics and professional services, to the newly created position of vice president of acquisition, diligence and integration.
"We know that our company's growth and future success depend on our ability to clearly articulate and execute our strategy as we expand our presence in existing markets and enter new ones," says Brent Reilly, Randall-Reilly president and CEO. "Promoting Julie and James into these new positions is a critical step forward."
In her expanded role, Arsenault will work with Randall-Reilly's executive leadership and board of directors to build on the company's long-term strategic goals and ensure alignment and execution across divisions. Prior to her promotion, Arsenault held various marketing leadership positions with Randall-Reilly, spearheading critical initiatives including corporate rebranding to position the company for expansion, facilitating the company's 2017 sale to private equity firm, Aurora Capital, and launching the company's biannual client conference, R-Squared.
Before joining Randall-Reilly in 2011, Arsenault served as creative director at Waypost Marketing in Greenville, S.C. She is a graduate of Bob Jones University, Greenville, S.C., and has completed courses in the New Venture Challenge at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband.
In his new role, Vogel will work with Robert Lake, senior vice president of acquisitions, to manage and streamline the diligence process for all acquisitions and create and manage integration and transition plans. He will also play an integral role in developing all acquisition investment theses. Since joining Randall-Reilly in 2005, Vogel has helped B2B clients in the company's core markets develop data-driven sales and marketing strategies and execution tactics. Vogel was instrumental in the development and launch of the RigDig® portfolio of data solutions. He served on the Board of Directors for the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System.
