New Rock and NetGen Announce Partnership

SHANGHAI and ROSWELL, Ga., Aug. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- New Rock Technologies, Inc., and NetGen Communications, Inc., a spin-off of Commetrex Corporation, announced a new technology and marketing partnership that will introduce the New Rock product line of access gateways, IP and wireless PBXs, eSBCs, and supporting software products to the North American market over the next 12 months.  In a related announcement, Hua Lin, New Rock's CEO has joined NetGen's board to further tighten this relationship.
