New Public Agency Contract Eases Printer Ordering Process
Denali Advanced Integration provides KCDA procurement for HP Printer products and services
REDMOND, Wash., Dec. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Denali Advanced Integration, a 3MD Company (Denali), based in Redmond, Washington, has been awarded the King County Director's Association (KCDA) HP Printer contract #11-330 through October 20, 2012. Contract #11-330 is open to all KCDA members and offers competitive pricing on all HP printers and MFP products. For ordering convenience, Denali has setup an e-commerce website specifically for KCDA members, the KCDA Store at kcda.denaliai.com, with an HP printer and MFP catalog and special KCDA pricing. Once registered, members can browse through the HP printer and MFP catalog and submit orders directly, saving time and expediting orders.
In addition, contract #11-330 offers managed print services (MPS) through Denali PrintIT. The PrintIT MPS program provides full service on all printers and MFPs that are placed onto a PrintIT contract. All toner, troubleshooting, parts, and repairs are provided on a cost-per-page basis with no upfront setup fees, no minimums, and no maximums; customers only pay for the pages they print. The PrintIT MPS program is not limited to new HP printer and MFP purchases, nor is it limited to HP printers and MFPs only.
