The new feature gives companies a significant tool for determining how well their supplier partners are meeting established standards in areas like social responsibility, quality, safety, supplier management and brand delivery.
To protect brand identity, most companies require their business partners to comply with specific standards for risk, safety, quality, service and more. A company's quality assurance program, for example, may require suppliers to provide critical process documentation, with results from product testing and operations audits.
