On July 1, 2014, Tyler Technologies, Inc. (Tyler) announced that its Odyssey® court case management software suite has been chosen by the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda to modernize case management operations and replace multiple legacy systems, including a decades-old solution. The Odyssey software was selected by Alameda Superior Court for multiple case types, including criminal, civil, family, probate, small claims and mental health. In addition, the court also selected Odyssey SessionWorks® Judge and Clerk editions to improve in-courtroom processing efficiencies and present data digitally to clerks and judges, including on the bench via touch-screen technology. Science Applications International Corporatio Analyst Notes
On June 26, 2014, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) announced that the Saudi-American Food security & renewable Energy Company (SAFECO) has awarded the Company with an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide services including systems engineering and integration, logistical analyses, and program management support. The contract has a three-year base period of performance with six three-year options, and is valued at $115 million if all options are exercised. As per the contract, SAIC will provide systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA); business services; contract services; subject matter expertise support as needed; and program management support; as well as value-added services to the SAFECO organization as it develops the SAFECO Industrial Complex. The Company informed that the work will be performed mainly in McLean, Virginia, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
