New Partner Marketplace Adds Specialized Features to Fishbowl Inventory

OREM, Utah, Aug. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fishbowl®, provider of the No. 1 requested inventory management software for QuickBooks® users, recently opened the new Fishbowl Partner Marketplace, which allows Fishbowl customers to buy from and collaborate with third-party developers who are creating new products and add-ons.

Fishbowl has partners that currently offer solutions in more than a dozen categories on the new Fishbowl Partner Marketplace. These categories include:

Fishbowl welcomes both integrated and non-integrated solutions to its software. Integrated solutions include shopping carts, EDI, and reports, which must connect to the Fishbowl database to function properly. Non-integrated solutions include merchant services and faxing, which can do their jobs independent of Fishbowl Inventory.

The Fishbowl Partner Marketplace launch closely follows Fishbowl's recent announcement of Fishbowl 2012+, which expands the company's inventory solution, pushing inventory functionality into the cloud. Fishbowl anticipates its partners will follow with other cloud applications that will be featured in the newly launched marketplace.
