New Mixed Standard for Stevia Testing to JECFA Protocol

Laboratories doing stevia analysis will now have one complete reference standard that contains all nine of the compounds needed to perform an analysis of the extract obtained from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni using the latest Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) method.
