New Life Agency Surrogate Maternity Care® Policies
Two new riders can be added to any surrogate insurance policy:
- A Hysterectomy Rider can be added – both partial or full hysterectomy – with a choice of three levels of coverage.
- A Disability Rider can be added, with four levels of coverage available.
New Life Agency International Newborn Care Plan® (INC)
The New Life Agency International Newborn Care Plan® provides coverage for international parents whose babies are born in the United States. Enhancements include:
- Extended time – Policy period extended to 90 days or the scheduled flight to leave the U.S. If the baby should need to return to the hospital or clinic after discharge within this period, it would be covered.
- Pediatrician visits – All pediatrician visits are covered during these 90 days.
